We purchased an early booking tour on 07/25/2015, the flight was supposed to take place on 09/06/2015. And we turned to her for a reason, but on the recommendation, "thank you" kind people! During these months, we contacted Makeeva several times and were told that everything was fine. A week before departure, we were informed that we would be able to get tickets on the day of departure, it was a little annoying, at least to receive them the day before. . . The day before departure, we were informed that we had an overbooking. The money will be returned as soon as the tour operator returns it to the agency's account.

But, as of today, 12.10.2015, the money has not been returned to us and apparently they are not going to!

The case has gone to court!

We have all the evidence of fraud in our hands, the Department of Economic Crime is working with the swindler. I'm afraid to imagine how many people suffered from her unscrupulous hands.
