We contacted a private travel agency, here the girl is engaged in tours and we talked with her. She already picked the date of departure for us, processed the documents. It’s as if she is not in the Join Up agency itself, but acts as a private trader. She herself went to Kyiv, picked up interesting options for us, everything was fine. We already all knew where and what, and on our own, since this is not the first time we fly. We flew out without any problems, and there we were met, put on the bus and taken to the place. In the hotel itself, you could also ask for help and advice. The next day after arrival, we had a meeting with the guide. Everything was generally fine.
