Hello everybody! I really liked the travel agency in terms of service and location, for those who do not want to travel from the Baltic and Moscow regions to the city. Manager Irina was very attentive to all our requirements and wishes. Picked up a hotel just super for the money we had. She paid attention to us before buying a tour, even on weekends and at any time, she is always ready to answer any of our questions. There are no questions at all about payment, I even took a down payment of less than 50% (probably I reported from my own for the tour operator)). In general, I recommend this agency and Irina as a manager to everyone.
