Attitude towards the client

Previously, I always used the services of passenger transportation of this tour company, even recommended it to others. But the last two times when they took me from Germany, there were not pleasant situations. I called them a month before and asked them to pick me up from Germany in December, they wrote me down and said that I would call them three days later ... I called them from Germany 3 days in advance, confirmed that I needed to be picked up, they said that yes, we will pick you up, call that day, we will give you the driver's number! As a result, I call them on the day when I need to be picked up, they answered me that they deleted me from the list, they didn’t get through to me, and no one talked to me 3 days ago!?! As a result, they won’t pick it up !!! But my visa ended in 2 days, and there was no place in other companies either! I didn’t have missed calls, they said that I didn’t have a connection, well, it happens! But I was surprised that no one knows who was talking to me!

As a result, I had to run to the station, buy a bus ticket, which went to Kaliningrad the next day. At night they called and said that one person refused, and the driver can now pick it up. Of course, I agreed, since it’s more convenient for me to get home by car .... When I arrived at their office, they of course blamed me for everything that I didn’t call, that I didn’t pick up the phone or there was no connection !!! Although this is not true, and by the way, while I was driving in a car, I was not the only one who they didn’t want to take away !!! I understand that all companies have such a situation! I did not like their attitude to this situation and to me!
