We bought a tour in Dubai at the beginning of December 2020. The tour arrangement was very fast and convenient. But upon arrival, we realized that the agency does not check hotels at all. And it turned out that we got into a problematic situation and no one was going to help us (there were nests of cockroaches in a 5-star hotel). The tour agency and the guide said to write a claim upon returning to Russia, they did not want to help with anything else. They said that they would refund the money for the hotel after writing a claim, I had to book another hotel for my own money. Upon arrival in Russia, they wrote a claim for a refund, and within a month this issue has not been resolved, apparently they will have to go to court.
As a result, the rest was spoiled as much as possible, and it is unlikely that I will already use the services of this company in the future.
Thank you for giving such an experience and now I know that even with a paid tour, you are left alone with all the problems that may await you on the same tour.
