I've never had such a bad weekend in my life. An excursion to Kasimov awaited us. Let's start in order. Everything that depended on the Travel Shop was done horribly, viz. The escort, who tried to read something to us for the first time in her life from a piece of paper, you are kidding, she even read the abbreviations incorrectly, and she didn’t tell, namely READING, blood was pouring from her ears, horror., and the whole bus asked her to shut up, because that listening to it was impossible. But FUN ADVENTURES didn't end with a terrible type of guide. The bus broke down, which we waited for about 5-6 hours at the gas station, like the guide did not even try to calm the crowd somehow, she hid in the bus so that no one would touch or disturb her. The managers we called, then, of course, did not call back.
No one could contact the bus, we didn't know when we were going on our way, and the whole day, with good and fairly warm weather, was completely ruined. Excursions with guides were, of course, canceled that day, who will be waiting. Although our type of guide could call and ask us to wait. But this is not the end. Arriving at the hotel, it turned out that the TRAVEL SHOP DID NOT BOOK the hotel, already at night, tired, we had to go to another hotel, in the hope that there would be a place for us. And in the end, we DID NOT HAVE A SANITARY STOP FOR SEVEN HOURS, because we drove an hour and a half before the last tour, there was no restroom in the museum, or no one was told what it was and where it was, and then about 5 hours We didn't stop on the way back! How does is called? We paid a lot of money for such a weekend, after which we need a normal rest.
In no case will we go with a travel store again, I will not advise anyone to travel with them, and I will only dissuade everyone. And this is not the first almost disrupted trip, last time, when traveling to Rostov, the bus also broke down, but everything turned out to be not so critical, and the guide was normal, who was able to calm everyone down and resolve all issues with the driver quite quickly. Beware of the travel store!!!!!!
