Today I visited the Sky Tour office.

I want to write this review so that no one suffers from this "travel agency".

This is just a common scam.

On the phone, a nice manager gives you attractive prices, promises flights on the dates you need, promises those hotels that interest you, the main thing is to drag you to the office.

Then the “customer marinating process” begins, both managers 45 min. with a very busy look, they shift pieces of paper from place to place, count money, correct paper in the printer, while they fuss a lot and have extremely anxious faces. Given that I was the only one of the clients, they didn’t notice me at all and pretended that I was furniture.

When my patience came to an end, the stage of "processing a client tired of waiting" came.

The manager asked me to clarify the amount for the tour (of course, unless you remember everything that you wrote from the bulldozer), in short, I repeated all the parameters of the tour, the manager said: “Everything is fine, now we will scan our passports and make an advance payment.”

I say wait, which airline, which flight number, airport, what is the name of the host, etc.

This is where things got interesting! It turns out there is a charter, but without the name of the airline (!!!!), and the host is Italian (and also without a name), I said that this does not happen, the manager mumbled the name, I asked to spell it and they called me!

(now the funniest thing) a carrier called NOFLIHT (translated from English. NO FLIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!). I asked three times! Well, of course, I took the tablet and scored in Yandex that dibilism (sorry) that she voiced. Madame managerShA got nervous and immediately ran off to whisper with the Chief Uncle in the next office.

I didn’t waste time either and turned the monitor of her computer towards me;)

There was no application there, the hotel is generally left somehow, in the NOFLIHT flight line (there are no flights for these dates). For which I had to leave her an advance payment .... I asked her this question. In response, the sweet young lady changed her face and began to be rude, they say everyone here is smart, they teach life and ask stupid questions!

This is a common provocation, these craftsmen have something like a method of psychological pressure so that a person is confused and switches his attention from details to scandal. This technique does not work for me, my education is just right .

In short, calling "under the fool" - everything is there, pay the money. They do not guarantee anything, they do not prescribe in the documents. They will call after a while and say that the hotel did not confirm the reservation, the tickets for these dates are over and then you will have a choice!

, either you give them an advance payment for the tour and go through the forest, or you take what they offer you in return (2 times more expensive and for dates that are “how it goes”, the hotel will fall like a “chip”). As they say, the main thing is to hook on the hook, and then they won’t go anywhere, they will eat what they give, and if they do, then they are not at a loss, half the cost of the tour will settle in your pocket ... Here is the scheme for you.

For all the participants in this amateur performance (namely: a very, very busy blonde shifting pieces of paper and money from place to place (perhaps this madam's name is Olya), the main whispering uncle, and the unfortunate bred manager She Polina) I write that I wrote down the entire our dialogue, I managed to take a picture of nonsense on the monitor of Madame Polina and something else, this is so that you do not write that I invented everything and things were different;)

My bestfriend's brother works in Rostourism, the department is just like a plaintive one for all sorts of bad people.
