We are all alone and defenseless against travel agencies. We give them documents, entrust our fragile lives into the clutches of a tour operator, pay them money for services. And what's in return? Complete bummer and heartbreak! My soul is torn from pain and neglect, with which I was doused in the travel agency TUI - Cheryomushki, which is in the shopping complex on the 4th floor. And this was done by a sweet girl, Elya, a former tax official.
