Rested with my husband on about. Koh Samui from 28.09.12 to 11.10.12. Had a wonderful time at the Coconut Villa but were very disappointed with the tour operator Coral. At the airport we were met by the guide Ekaterina (t.087-7144958), who "worked" with us in the future. She handed us a SIM card upon arrival and asked us to activate it to communicate with her. The question is what to do for those who turn off the phone on vacation to take a break from it! It turned out that this representative was not going to come to the hotel (she arrived 1 time at 8 pm, told about the island and offered excursions). We chose two excursions: 1) elephant riding, 2) the Red Baron yacht. 1) At the appointed time, they came to the reception desk, waited an hour, no one came for us, called Ekaterina and she said that this was not her mistake, but the Thais who had booked us for another time ... not very convincing.
2) The time has come for the second excursion, two days before, she informed us that the trip was canceled due to an impending storm and was postponed to Wednesday, and this is a day before our departure. I explain that we will not be able to go for the whole day, because we need to pack and sleep before the flight (fly to Krasnoyarsk). Then we are offered to shorten the tour and return half the cost, i.e. take away breakfast, lunch, snorkelling, etc., leave dinner at sunset and that's it. We refused and just wanted a refund for the tour. I asked when Ekaterina could come to the hotel and hand over the money to us. I quote the answer: “I can’t come, because I have a lot of work, I don’t spit on the ceiling and don’t rest, like you, but I work.” As a result, my husband and I had to change our plans and go to the city to meet where it was convenient for her and collect the money.
We did not expect such an attitude towards us, not only did they not work with us during the holidays and we were on our own, we also had to take our money on our own.
