They sent my mother to rest in Rome. And it began ... She (and we, respectively) learned that in Italy guides do not go to hotels already in Italy, of course she does not know languages. She was met at the airport with the wrong sign that was stated in the transfer voucher. No one in the hotel has ever heard of such a tour operator. Naturally, we started calling our manager in Russia, figuring out how to book even the slightest excursion, as a result, we were rude, told a couple of phone numbers and advised to hope that they would speak Russian there. I won’t say that the rest was completely spoiled, but the sediment remained.
