Complaint #1.
09/02/2014 an excursion to the Dolphinarium was purchased for 120 US dollars (2 adults + 1 child 3 years old).
The tour was to be held on 09/10/2014.
09/08/2014. I called the representative of Sunrise Tour Mohamed and said that the child was ill, we would not be able to go, it was necessary to get back the amount paid.
Mohamed answered this proposal in the affirmative, invited him to come and collect money for the trail. day.
On the trail. day he said that he would not return the money, tk. "ALL ALREADY PAID".
I warned him more than 24 HOURS in advance. For all questions, he said to contact Moscow, the head office.
Complaint #2.
The excursion "Pirate ship" was purchased. The transfer went well.
This is where it all ended.
The representative of the hotel was stated that there is "ALL INCLUSIVE", except for photos (which is normal).
When we got on the miracle yacht, it turned out that half of the treats for children and adults cost money, while everything was put up in the center of the yacht so that the children would immediately start asking for sweets at $3 apiece and ice cream at $5 apiece.
The animator apparently used to work with schoolchildren of about 7-9 years old, because. questions for children from 2 to 6 years old were a little surprised: “WHAT IS THE MOST ANCIENT CITY IN TURKEY”?
In general, the children were simply bored, and the adults simply howled with boredom. The foam mini-disco saved the situation a little, the children liked it.
The second moment was more than unpleasant.
The animator makes an announcement: “Adults can go swimming in the bay, and children will draw (whoever wants).”
Daughter (3.5 years old) said that she would draw and we, with a clear conscience, went for a swim for half an hour.
Upon my return, I see my daughter sitting on the floor in tears, and the assistant of the animator sits next to her and makes a picture with another child.
I ask a reasonable question: "Why are you crying and why aren't you drawing?quot;
Lord! DRAWING - 5 DOLLARS! HOW IS THAT?!
I approached the chief animator and asked why they didn’t voice it, we either left the money or would take the child for a swim - she is CRYING!
To which the animator answered me (silent pause): “I couldn’t say it into the microphone.”
There is nothing to even comment on.
The tour is sold by SUNRISE TOUR, which means that HE should be responsible for the quality of services!
... In conclusion, I would like to add that our tour cost 215,000 and for this price I would like to get at least a normal level of support (I do not ask for excellent), I rested with SUNRISE TOUR for the first time (before that there was the experience of other large and small operators ) and I will not rest with them anymore.
And I will tell the whole Internet and all my friends about it. It is a pity that such a good impression of the hotel overshadowed such service from the tour operator.
