And what do you think? the next day, the dollar did not fall, it remained the same and the exchange rate of the tour operator, respectively, also, and the payment from the travel agency arrived to the tour operator in general a few days later, when the dollar fell (. Not nice. Therefore, next time I decided to book with another manager Tatyana.

I made an advance, and just before the trip, I call the office (also lunch time) and say that I want to drive up and make the balance for the tour, to which Tanya says that the banking day has already ended and she will take payment at tomorrow's rate! Again 25! Tomorrow the tour will be almost 10,000 rubles more expensive (because of the dollar jump). What to do, I say, I can pay later, then, says no, the last day is left. I pay at an inflated price, I check the payment with the tour operator, (I called and clarified), as the last time, they paid a few days later, when the dollar fell. When I ask why, they send me to the director, who is never in the office, but they don’t give him a phone number! I have never met such an attitude towards customers, they just lie brazenly in the eyes.
