Terrible travel agency

Of course, you can't imagine worse. We took a tour to Mars Travel in Montenegro. They brought us to some hole in the mountains to a terrible hotel, just terrible!!! There wasn't even a hair dryer. The hotel is at least 50 years old. The rooms were not cleaned, the furniture is old, the bathroom is terrible. And in addition, on the last day, I found someone's hair on my towel. I still can't leave. But that's not all. Mars travel practically forcibly slipped us their package of excursions for 150€, although it turned out that on the coast the same package would cost us 40€!!! But that's not all, our guide Yana forgot to include us in the group on the tour, and when we arrived at the collection point, we didn’t find either the bus or the group, it turned out they left earlier than the appointed time, because they simply forgot about us !!!! We were very nervous thinking that we had confused either the time or the place. Of course we demanded the money for the tour back, but oooh.... still haven't got our money back.

The most annoying thing is that Yana (an employee of the tour company) did not even apologize. We have never seen such a rude attitude anywhere else.
