Hello. My name is Xenia. Rested in the summer in early July in the Peloponnese with a friend. There was an incidental situation: they took a "burning" ticket for + -3 days before departure. The agent was asked everything again - she assured everything was fine. Upon arrival at Araxos airport, it turned out that my friend and I did not have a transfer to the hotel, which is located approximately 160 km from the airport. Our entire plane has already boarded the buses of the tour operator Muzinidis and left, and we, like two fools, were left sitting at the airport, where everyone does not even speak English, only Greek.
Thank God that only one representative of the mousinidis remained there and he offered us 2 options for solving the situation: either go to our hotel by taxi, which will cost us 400 euros back and forth together, or change the hotel, which is located near the airport with a personal transfer. Of course, we chose the second option, paid extra 100 euros for each.
We thought that the rest had already been ruined if it weren’t for the people from Muzinidis and the amazing hotel in the village of Niforeika))) Thank you very much)))
Upon arrival in Russia, the Kolobok Travel travel agency reimbursed us for the cost of replacing the hotel, but in rubles and not at the exchange rate at which my friend and I changed, but much less.
But that is not all!!! To my stupidity, the second time I turned to them with a trip to the same place and to the same hotel. I came to them and booked a trip not last minute and a month before the expected date of departure. For 4 days of the trip I gave + -25 thousand rubles. About 9 days before the trip, unforeseen circumstances happened, my loved one died. I tried to call the travel agency and cancel the trip, but the attempts turned out to be pointless, for some reason there were long beeps, but no one picked up the phone. But what angered me the most was that they called me 15 hours before departure and said to come and pick up the documents for the trip.
This begs the question: What the hell if the tour is not last minute and why they didn’t call me earlier, at least a week before the trip, because they are required to notify in advance in such cases.
After that, I came to them, I had insurance against not leaving, but the money for the trip was never returned to me, referring to the fact that I said too late about the cancellation, but how could I, if it was impossible to get through to them !! !
So draw your own conclusion, whether you contact this travel agency or not !!! Personally, I highly do not recommend it !!! Do not make my mistake.
