We bought an all-inclusive tour to Mexico, we arrived at the Melody Maker Cancun hotel! Disgusting room! The smell of mildew! We weren’t upset, we thought, okay, we’ll pay extra and change the room! We paid extra $ 720 for a room, we paid 240,000 rubles for the hotel!
We go further - we come for lunch - there is no lunch! Gave a 6 course menu and that was it! Where is all inclusive?? We were told that the hotel is 16-20% full, so it is! Fucked up! Comrades! Dinner is such a mess! In the room to order food for $ 5 and the menu is almost the same, only tomorrow the open buffet is lame!
We go further - the floor of the hotel is all closed! Bars! Snack bar on the beach! Everyone is pouring from some kind of canisters - all cocktails! No one is doing anything to you! There is no warm water in the room intermittently, no coffee machine, no tea!! For breakfast, they give you one bag of tea in your hands! It's just a cap! Fuck off the attitude of the staff, you're nobody special - if you don't like it, go to another hotel!
The tour operator answers - we will contact you, and for 4 days we are looking for them! And they don't care!
We called Moscow - come and go to the legal department, maybe they will return something
