the tour operator Anex is clearly in collusion with the Zena Resort hotel in Kemer, Turkey, we have never encountered this either, we have not seen a more ugly attitude towards our tourists before, probably we were lucky. On May 17, we turned to our guides, who were from Anex at the hotel, and wrote an official complaint about the lack of air conditioning in the hotel, asking them to resolve the situation while we were in the hotel or move us to another hotel. The complaint was accepted, we also called the Anex hotline in Turkey and ..... silence, a day later we called again, no one knows anything .... The next day we went to another guide, as suddenly guides Imran and Emran transferred somewhere, and this guide did not find anything better than a threat to us that we would pay a penalty for relocation, we are another hotel. And supposedly such a system for turning on air conditioners in all hotels, that is, Anex knows about this and does not warn its tourists.
It was already too much, we realized that everyone was in collusion and no one was going to somehow facilitate our existence in this hotel. Although what prevented the guides of the tour operator from asking the reception to offer us relocation to another more comfortable room, which were free !!! By the way, they interviewed tourists from all 4 and 5 star hotels nearby along the coast - everywhere with air conditioning everything is ok, so that was a lie. The tour operator did not even pretend to want to help, there are simply no words, despite the fact that all the way to the hotel they sang to us that the guides of Aneks are our best friends and defenders, and excursions, at exorbitant prices, can only be taken from Aneks and in no case, not who else.
