Very bad

Rested in Nessebar, Teddy Cam operator in Bulgaria, transfer. The company is not fulfilling its obligations. In the hotel we were lectured for an hour about the problems in Bulgaria, as in the USSR, "there are spies with a strong body - you are at the door, they are at the window", we lost an hour listening to that nonsense, provided that we visit Bulgaria periodically. Transfer there - Burgas-Nessebar, dirty bus but it's 25 minutes, arrived at the crossroads - drag things to the hotel. Transfer back to Nessebar-Varna, a dirty minibus to the charter bus, they said that they were picking up from the hotel, as per the agreement, they called back, from the stop - 300 meters uphill in the heat, the charter bus was dirty without air conditioning and blowing, and oil was spilled in the cargo container, people soiled their suitcases, the bus to Varna traveled 100 km for three hours, sucked exhaust into the cabin, everyone was so sick that even adults were sick, I’m not talking about children. At the airport you can see who was traveling with us in bags.

The company takes the cheapest carriers, we are not talking about any comfortable services at all. And when I found out how much they charged me for such a transfer, it frankly became disgusting. it doesn’t even work here - as you pay, you go, this is an outright deception. But rather the claims to the Belarusian tour company "Cleopatra", Minsk, those still clowns, put Teddy Cam before the fact and that's it. I won't use Cleopatra again. But don't mess with Teddy Cam, at least it's not safe. False.
