Very kind attitude, even if you choose a last-minute tour!

Hello everybody. We would like to share our excellent mood and our review of the trip to Egypt (I sat down to rake photos, otherwise it was winter and melancholy!). Cold autumn, as well as the absence of summer, directed our eyes to hot Egypt and the Red Sea. They didn’t think for a long time, the choice of burning ones was not great, the Jasmine Palace 5k hotel came up for the price and cost.

The reviews on the sites are not the worst, in "Winter-Summer" they told in detail about the tour and the upcoming trip by phone, so we quickly drove up to book, since the price was already the lowest in the city, and I called four more large ones (I was afraid to carry money in small companies).

The hotel was confirmed quickly, it was more difficult with places, the eldest child was not confirmed for a long time, but everything was fine, the very next day we were given documents, and three days later we were ready to send on vacation.

So, special thanks for the efficiency of Winter-Summer, they gathered us in 2 days, and were always in touch, it seemed to me even a little bit too much, but everything was on point. Nastya said that the letter was delivered to the hotel, that you will have a small child!

The tour itself was excellent, from the features, the children and I were immediately given a quiet room around the corner of the pool (I want to believe that the manager did take care of it, or is it just a good mood in the hotel), no noises and discos, no dollars in the passport. The food is modest for a five, I saw better, but looked back at the price - somehow they didn’t even pay attention, the children’s menu was too sweet, and sometimes there were dishes from adult tables, fatty meat, but there was plenty to choose from. The pools are clean, the children's is very warm, just hot. But there is almost no sea, well, it is endless and very shallow.

We chose for the kids, they are thrilled, but in order to swim, you need to run 150 meters along the pantone in order to be in time between dinners :) Otherwise, it was clean, tidy, there was cleaning, food and rest.

Liked. Thanks to the manager, they usually don’t like those who fly cheaply, but here it’s just like that with all my heart. I recommend it, but again, if the price suits you, although now I wouldn’t risk it, that’s why I chose among the proven ones, but went where it’s cheaper :) I think I’m not the only one like that!
