It all started with the arrival at the hotel, when all the tourists were met by representatives of their companies, such as Corall and TEZ TOUR. and we were sent to the reception where they offered to settle in another room, and after the refusal they settled for 1.5 hours, provided that there was no one else and we arrived at one in the morning. Then there were no slippers, towels and bed linen for the child in the room, for which we paid separately when buying a ticket. This issue was fixed in the morning. In the morning, at a meeting with the guide, we were told that "all inclusive" is "not all inclusive: despite the fact that Domino consists of several hotels and the territory is huge, you can only eat in one restaurant, which is 10 minutes away, there are only 4 bars with drinks on the coast, 3 of which close at sunset (which means at 18.00), and the rest of the establishments and bars for money, replenish the mini bar for free only once, and then again for money.

The service is disgusting and this is on condition that we bought one of the most expensive 5-star vouchers, the first line and all that - for a week they "forgot" to clean the room 2 times, the mini bar was replenished with only two cans of sprite, although upon departure the Russian-speaking girl told us that with our package we had the right to replenish the mini bar every day, but everyone tactfully kept silent about this. I won’t talk about suspended animation of animators - they are just dead with their attempts to entertain vacationers. But we still continued to believe in Anex Tour, which sold us something completely different from what he painted in colors. And again, we bought 3 excursions from Anex. That's horrible! A guide named Ragab wrote that we would go to Cairo to see the pyramids on a comfortable bus, since the trip would take a day. Well, it seems, okay, we are unpretentious people. The guide said that we were leaving at one in the morning for an excursion, but already at one in the morning it turned out that we had to wait another 1 hour. Okay...

At two o'clock a bus pulled up resembling our PAZ inside and the escort said that we would go on it, we took it as a joke, besides, there was an unbearable smell of diesel fuel in the cabin, to which the driver said - these are the canisters at the back - we will remove them at the gas station. And we, stupid, hoped that at the gas station we would finally be transferred to one of the comfortable buses that were traveling with us in a convoy. But we did not take into account that these were buses of Corall and TEZ TOUR companies. At the gas station, I said. that I will not go further on this wreck. because with a child it would be difficult to endure 12 hours of travel and 24 of the entire excursion in such conditions and offered to send us to the hotel. To this, the escort said - they don’t like the money, they won’t return it, but we can get to the hotel ourselves, returned the purchased tickets to us. Neither the guide nor the hotel director deigned to answer phone calls, we were dropped off the bus outside the city at a deserted gas station and left. Rudeness, rudeness and lawlessness.

Realizing that we were determined in 10 minutes, the bus returned and the guide tried to threaten that militants could pick us up at night, taxis would not run until morning and we had 2 minutes to return. To this, I explained in a harsh manner what I think about the guide, the hotel, their leadership and the country, and what I will do in the near future, and then, miraculously, they freed us up ahead, promised a free tour, and so on. But the very fact that Anex Tour representatives treat their clients like animals is simply monstrous. On the second, paid in advance excursion to the representative of Anex Tour, - a walk on a 4-deck yacht. it turned out that we and a few other people would not be allowed into the port, because our names were not on the lists. And again only clients of Anex Tour suffered. Fortunately, it was daytime and the issue was resolved over the phone, and the escort went for it only after the conflict.

In general, rest in a 5-star hotel on the first line resembled a struggle for survival. And finally, when leaving, the representatives of the Anex tour decided to hide the fact of that. that since May, the departure of the aircraft has been 1.5 hours later. and there are no flights indicated on the tickets for a long time. As it turned out, all tourists knew about this except for the unfortunate ones, whom the devil pulled to contact Anex Tour. Friends, think 100 times before buying a ticket with Anex Tour. This is a dishonest organization with irresponsible employees. I personally will bypass this sharashkin office now for a kilometer!
