In September, I found the direction of Malta on the website. I contacted the company. They immediately offered me a great option with the hotel, signed an agreement (the trip was planned in early October). Made 100% advance payment. and the hotel was not confirmed. Then, within 10 days, the dates were postponed, then hotels were offered one after another, but they did not confirm it a day later. As a result, time passed, and there were no options. I didn’t really want to agree to any hotel (old and shabby), if only in Malta. I told the travel agency that I was terminating the contract, because they couldn’t offer anything suitable (maybe they didn’t try). Wrote a letter for a refund. and silence. no answer. A month has passed. The manager knows nothing, the director is silent. What they are waiting for is unclear. You definitely don't want to go anywhere with this company. OBLIGATORY under the contract to return the money and do not return. Pulling time. I had to go to court: violation of consumer rights.
