The tour operator "Biblio Globus" announced the possibility to book the direction of Sochi in advance at attractively low prices with payment terms of 50% after confirmation, and the residual value for 1 month. before departure. Many applications were booked in our agency, as people entrusted their vacation to the operator and after confirmation the tourists paid 50%. Then the following happened, the operator Biblio Globus began to remove and change flights and schedules, thereby our tourists were offered to rebook their applications at completely different current prices, which in some cases doubled. And if we do not agree, then the operator offered us to simply withdraw the applications.
These are outrageously irresponsible steps on the part of the operator, so the tour operator simply squandered the money paid by the tourists with great profit for themselves, and the tourists were left without rest, because there is no alternative at the prices they expected. The operator Biblio Globus also behaved impudently in December, when he canceled flights from Chelyabinsk to Thailand, not agreeing to transplant tourists without additional payments for a flight from Yekaterinburg. They offered to rebook at new prices, much higher than the original prices, so the tourists were again left without rest. I would like to note the stupid and completely incomprehensible position when booking "live prices" deprives people of many rights, what kind of speed in pressing buttons in the booking system should tourists and travel agencies have, since the price changes every minute.
In general, the tour operator behaves dishonestly, despite the fact that there is competition in the market and other operators do not behave this way in this situation, but tourists still need to be respected.
