A mess, not a company! Complete misinformation at the time of buying a ticket: a promise of a better hotel and vacation, they show fake photos and reviews, but in fact they send a tourist to three letters! Biblio Globe sadly spoiled our holiday in Sochi, where the guides of their company were rude and sent to hell. Also in Turkey: instead of a 5 * hotel there was a pigsty, and the guides meanly bred for money! Thus, when we handed over the room when leaving the hotel, we were forced to pay a fine of $ 40 - we were still guilty without guilt and swore to the fullest, because the guide girl simply refused to pay the fine, rudely presenting it to us! The fault was completely an employee Biblio globus, they are also keeling global, which informed us to pack our bags and wait for the manager to check in the room, which was done. A complete lack of competence, in a word, a mess! It would be better if there was no such company at all!
