My family and I ordered a ticket to Egypt from the Biblio-Globus tour operator through a travel agency in our city.
Application number 635302148. Departure May 21.
Recently, negative reviews about our hotel began to appear, in connection with which on April 16 we turned to our agency to change the hotel to another one (the cost of a ticket to a new hotel is even higher).
But unfortunately our travel agency reported that Biblio-Globus refuses to change the hotel or asks for a $560 fine.
Departure in more than 30 days, according to the contract there is a penalty of $ 20 (plus a refund of actual expenses incurred). Why such a fine? The tour operator ignored the request to provide supporting documents on the costs incurred.
While already at the hotel, a tourist can ask to change the hotel, we asked to do this more than 30 days in advance, it seems that Biblio-Globus simply does not want to deal with this issue...
To my letter to Biblio-Globus with a request to replace the hotel, Inna Dorofeeva sent the following reply:
"Since you entered into an agreement with a travel agent and the booking was made from the agent, you should contact your travel agency for any questions you may have regarding the application."
And now our travel agency reported that all the documents are ready, i.е. it seems that while we were trying to settle this issue, the Biblioglobus simply quickly made all the calculations with the hotel, thereby making it impossible to replace the hotel ...
Do not use their services, in case of unforeseen situations there will be no help from the Biblio-Globus ...
