May 16, 2014 I flew to Egypt with a child. Ordered and paid for an individual transfer in Biblioglobus 50 USD. In Hurghada, at the exit from the airport, I was met by a representative who had a sign in his hands that read “my name is Flight UN639”. On the way to the hotel, the driver received a call, after which he turned the car around the Senzo Mall, drove us back to Hurghada airport and dropped us off. I had to get to the hotel on my own. Everything happened at night. Of course, there were no representatives in the hotel either. The next day, after I wrote a complaint to my personal account, I received a response from a Biblioglobus employee: “Good afternoon! Unfortunately, you sat down with the wrong partner. Upon arrival, there will be $ 50 for a refund.” It turned out that Biblioglobus in Egypt works with two partners, and at first one of them took us, and then left us, and there was simply no other.

For all the time, no one asked if tourists from Russia, a woman with a small child, came or not. And this is under martial law in the country, representatives of Biblioglobus left a woman with a child at the airport of Hurghada at night! Arriving in Moscow, I wrote a claim, but there is still no money ($50), no answer. Such irresponsible and impudent operators should not be in the tourism business.
