Bingo 5 stars from NTC Intourist, Turkey!

We bought a tour through Travelata.ru for 10 days Bingo All Regions 5 *, a tour from NTK Intourist. We arrived at the Antalya airport, at the check-in desk at the operator Intourist received the name of the hotel "Perre La Mer 5 *" and went to the transfer. We learned that this hotel is located in Kemer, although when we bought the tour, it was in the description that this system applies to Antalya, as it turned out later, Kemer is the province of Antalya, so we were sent there.

The guide in the transfer said that it would take us 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to the destination from Antalya Airport, he also said that he had never been to this hotel before and was going there with us for the first time! This immediately alarmed me.

When everyone was taken to the hotels, our hotel was the last one, the search for our hotel began. It is worth noting that our guide did not have the exact address, nor did the driver, and as I understand it, access to Google maps and a navigator too.

After half an hour of searching, we arrived at the hotel with a sign: "La Mer Hotel 5 *" At the reception, we were mildly told that they did not have a reservation for our names and sent to look further. I traveled with a child of 6 years old, we were taken to different hotels for half the night, the driver was already freaking out, the guide switched to a mat on the phone with some of his colleagues. It turned out that initially we were brought to the right hotel, but it changed its name and, as they later explained to us, Intourist does not work with this hotel. As a result, in the middle of the night we were thrown into the hotel "Art Beach Kemer" (it is part of the Larissa Hotels network), they gave us a room with air conditioning that works like a generator, so you just can't sleep, outside the window there is an industrial area where products are unloaded to the hotel, noise day and night, they carry some carts, etc.

Three hours of our transfer!! It was possible to fly back home during this time!

A day later at the hotel we met our guide, his name is Midin.

There was no apology at all for the situation, he simply said: "Were you taken all night to hotels at night?quot; The only thing, thanks to him, for helping to finish the issue with relocation to another room.

So, 9 days of our vacation have passed, tomorrow morning we have to leave the hotel, the plane at 8 am. The guide said to look in the folder for information about departures, at what time we should be picked up from the hotel in the morning. Somewhere at 19 pm there were lists for Anex Tour tourists, nothing from Intourist at all! I’m in a panic, it’s already evening, will they take us at all, let’s write to Travelata.ru in support, they sent me the number of the Turkish office of Intourist, I had to report the lack of information about the transfer. Of course, no one answered the phone! My husband also called from Russia to Turkey at this number, the number was dropped. I note that if I had not bought the Internet, then I would not have a connection!

Although the tour operator must mean that the tourist was notified of the departures and without separate expenses for the Internet and calls to the guide. I wrote to the guide Midin on Viber that there was no information about the departure, he replied that we would be picked up from the hotel at 4 in the morning. Immediately there were thoughts of what to do if they don’t take me away, who will help me with the child at night. At 4 am we were picked up by a girl from the Intourist company, she was Russian, she also asked if we were driven at night or not in search of a hotel. Which hotel was originally given, but Intourist did not bring an apology from the company.

I want to express my gratitude to Travelata.ru for supporting tourists, since in fact they were the only ones who helped me, although the tour operator should have been involved in this. To say that we got a Bingo tour is for sure, I do not advise NTK Intourist even to an enemy.
