Again, the "valiant" travel agency "Azbuka Travel" (aka "Azbuka Travel") in St. Petersburg tells me to write a review about their attitude towards customers. I thought that after a tour to Sri Lanka (read the review “Black Listed Travel Agencies”) my relationship with this company ended. However, for more than a month I have been trying to get my own money from them, which they should have returned to me.

First, I was asked to send my details to the email address of the travel agency, to which they were supposedly going to transfer money to me (and according to an additional agreement to the contract, they had to do this within 3 days from the moment I provided the details). So far, everything seems to be logical. I threw off the details, after 10 days I asked when I would see my money, to which I was told that the details I provided were incomplete, and asked to clarify them. I clarified, again threw off the information to them, began to wait further.

But then the "dynamo" began. All my e-mail requests are simply ignored, the manager (still the same Elena - read my previous review) generally stopped answering my calls and SMS by phone (it seems that she put my number on the “black list”). On those rare days when I still managed to get through to her (but only from a new number she didn’t know), she answered that “she can’t talk to me now” and hung up. In the office, as before, no one knows anything. Moreover, if I call the office and ask the manager Elena, they answer me that “she has not arrived yet,” and so they answer until the end of the working day, until everyone disperses.

They hang "noodles on their ears" saying that they cannot give me money in cash, that they allegedly do not have a cash register. Have you seen at least one tour company that works only by bank transfer? That's what I didn't see.

Moreover, when paying for vouchers, they are very willing to take cash, issuing receipt cash orders (I also paid them in cash). The cash desk turns out strange - only the receipt.

All my attempts to find an accountant who was supposed to transfer money to me also ended in nothing. I was told that the accountant was coming there, that no one in the office knew how she worked and what days she should appear, etc., etc., of course, they also refused to give her phone number. Not only that, but even the director of this travel agency is not in the office, and according to the employees, they also do not know where and how to look for him. It seems that this travel agency lives under the motto "Our clients interfere with our work and we saw them in a coffin." I have not seen such mockery of customers since the days of the “Soviet unobtrusive service”.

This whole epic, as I said earlier, lasts more than a month.

The most interesting thing is that we are talking about the total amount of 4200.00 (Four thousand two hundred rubles)!!!!! Probably, it is easier for them to starve their clients, knowing that not everyone will wag their nerves because of such insignificant amounts, and even more so go to court. This is the whole calculation. But this whole situation angered me so much that I have already applied to the consumer protection society and am going to sue them. So it looks like there's going to be a sequel.

And once again I appeal to all tourists - IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GATHER YOUR NERVES, NEVER CONTACT WITH THIS HORRIBLE TRAVEL COMPANY!!!!
