We rested on the tour "Mediterranean fairy tale" from 4.07.15, our tour lasted 8 days and 7 nights, then we went to rest on the sea.

But now I want to talk about the group tour. Our flight from Moscow was delayed for two hours (according to the idea, we were supposed to arrive at 7 pm), because we arrived later, we were immediately told that no one would feed us dinner, the money would not be returned to us either. we have to pay the bus a penalty for waiting. They brought us to the BCN Montjuic 3 * hotel, the hotel is very decent, the rooms are made for small apartments (there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen (with kitchen furniture, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle and utensils)), the room is quite pleasant in appearance and very clean. Breakfast at this hotel is also very good. Then we began a sightseeing tour of Barcelona, ​​we were met by a guide Vyacheslav, he spent two days with us on excursions.

I want to say my opinion about his work right away: he tells quite well, knows quite a lot, constantly joked, but he tells almost all the information as an eyewitness (something happened here, I was present, this is such and such a bank, I am a frequent client, this is a hospital, I also visit often, this is something else, and I was here too, and this is a house, I was present at the construction) I got the impression that not a single event in Spain takes place without his participation. There were more stories about mother-in-law, wife, children, what he did in life (and he did almost everything) than information about the places we visited. But in our group there were people who liked this presentation of information more than if he told a "pure excursion". I rate his work a solid 6 out of 10.

Next we had the Athene 3 * hotel. The hotel itself is not bad, clean, modest. BUT !!!!

there is one big but (I don’t know if it’s just that we were so lucky or it’s always like that there) the audience in this hotel were people with disabilities (with cerebral palsy and similar diagnoses) I treat such people with understanding, they also need to rest, they were most likely brought from some then a boarding house or a similar institution, but when you come for dinner, and they go to get their own food, and they drool into a large dish, from which you will also take food later, and they begin to scream, resent, follow you along heels, and there are about 40 of them. It is impossible to enter and sit in the hotel lobby. they took all the places there. At this moment, you remember how much money you paid for this vacation and it becomes completely uncomfortable. If you are a squeamish person, you will not be very pleased there. Then we went to France, where our guide Tatyana recovered with us.

The look of the woman is sooooo peculiar (I don’t even have words to describe her now), but as a guide he knows quite a lot, he doesn’t tell badly. Her work is also 6 out of 10. In France, we stayed in Nice, Georges 3 * hotel. We were the first room, so we were lucky, the room is quite decent. As for other tourists, they had a horror when they went into their rooms, the rooms were not cleaned, the bed was not changed after the previous tourists. the water in the bath does not drain, the entire floor is covered with hair, everything is dirty, someone did not have sockets, TVs hang in the rooms just for beauty, they do not work, Wi-Fi does not work either, there is no staff at the hotel !!! You are simply given two keys: one for the room, the second for the hotel itself. The servants, as we were told, come in the afternoon, when there is no one, for a couple of hours. There is no one to complain about the state of the hotel. They promised that they would fix the TVs, but in the end, every day, the repair was postponed until tomorrow.

As a result, I can rate this hotel (for my room at 5 out of 10), and according to the reviews of other tourists in our group, at 3 out of 10.

The excursion program itself is generally not bad, it pulls on 7 out of 10.

As a result, I was satisfied with the trip, but the price clearly does not match the quality.
