I bought a ticket to Paris through Scandinavia from this travel agency in April. We signed a contract, paid for additional services. And in May it turned out that "the office is closed for technical reasons", the phone does not work (only 3 hours a day, the cell phone still answers hot questions ), the group in contact is blocked ... They answered me on the hot phone that there would be no tour (no one thought to call, warn, instruct!) When asked how to return the money, they advised me to write an application to the site (?) And what will happen next with this statement no one knows...
Are there still such victims? Let's unite and act somehow!
