It never ceases to amaze the breadth and depth of the bureaucracy's penetration into areas of our life that seem so abstracted from politics and economics. The ingenuity of individual employees of tour operators who evade the provision of information, especially paid for by their hard-earned money, is striking. Well, can it be easier to issue a certificate of the cost of air travel for the tour!? I applied to Biblio Globus on Monday. A girl named "Vika" said that now she had no time to do this, since she needed to contact Moscow (as it turned out later, there was no need for this). Today is Friday, since 11 o’clock I still can’t hear “Vika”, according to the secretary: “it will be at 2 o’clock!”, “It will come in 10 minutes!” and at 14.30 - "She will be at dinner in 40 minutes. It is not difficult to predict at 15.10 they will report that she solemnly departed for the weekend. And Moscow is silent.
At the head office to communicate (except for the secretary, who, unfortunately, is obliged to pick up the phone without knowing who to talk to), the management did not express a desire.
