At first, she misinformed us about the departure terminal, then she gave incorrect information about the weight of luggage and hand luggage (I guessed well to look at the SkaAp website myself), well, the cherry on the cake, gave false information about the meeting party and the meeting procedure at the airport. As a result, of course, no one met us. . Having run around the entire airport, we found out that the Siesta company, which, according to Yana, was supposed to meet us, had never been seen at the airport and did not know at all. They started calling Kharkov, got everyone on their feet, and, lo and behold, after an hour of endless negotiations (in roaming!), We were informed that we had some other host and they were not going to meet us. They recommended that we go to the counter of another transfer company, where the woman nevertheless entered our position and put us on a passing minibus, the driver of which dropped us off with things 600 meters from the hotel, arguing that it is public transport and can only stop at certain stops . At the same time, we paid for a full transfer! The host company did not need us at all, they did not provide any assistance in settling in a hotel, they did not provide a replacement for a terrible room, the hotel guide arrived at the meeting only on the fourth day, offered only one excursion, because they do not recruit people for others, and all. Yes, even the day before departure, they wrote what time we need to be at the same public transport stop where the bus to the airport will pick us up. However, what was most outrageous was that when I tried to express our complaints to Yana, she got nasty and said that we should also thank her for not staying overnight at the airport.
