I bought a tour of Italy with a Single room, turned out to be due to a flaw (I think it was deliberate action) in a room for 2 people. Manager Zhakova Natalia Viktorovna. She promised my friends a ticket for one price, but she sells it for another. Rude and indifferent attitude. Departure from Pudklovo 1, it turned out that we were flying from Pudkovo 2. On the trip, there was a lot of pressure, the imposition of excursions, food in restaurants, etc.
