We took the Aptera beach hotel for 10 nights, a SeaView room, not lower than the 2nd floor. Upon arrival, they handed a book with the phone number of the representative, drove to the hotel and that's it, then on their own, no one at the reception, what and how is unknown. Omitting details around 14 we were settled, a room on the 1st floor overlooking the parking lot! And since we were not alone in this situation, the previous guests who arrived on the same day had already called a representative of the meeting party and for 40 minutes they sorted out the relationship with her, then we did the same. Result 0. Then I learned from vacationers that every arrival of tourists is from Russia and everyone has problems with settling. Calls to Moscow to the travel agency, to Ambotis also did not produce results. Rostourism gave good advice on how to file a complaint, etc.

The owner of the hotel is cunning, he immediately runs away and withdraws himself, and the representative of Ambotis shrugged his hands and said to all questions, what can I do, I can’t do anything. Like, he promises you, only 1 floor above with the same view of the parking lot to relocate after 3 days, and as an apology, a free safe and a bottle of wine. To the end. We've been here for 3 days now (8/17/18), no change, no apology, safe or anything. On the face of a clean water fraud by Ambotis, they sell rooms with a sea view, I emphasize with a direct sea view, neither Sea Side, nor without a certain view, the worst rooms without a view for the price of a SeaView room.
