Worst travel agency I have come across

Terrible travel agency. The contract could not be formalized for several days, they said they were busy. As a result, we finally agreed to do it on the 3rd day from the date of filing the application during working hours, but the contract came later, so we had to postpone its execution for another 2 days (it was a weekend). In the request to remake the contract in connection with the change in the course, it was said that "no one will remake anything because of your kopecks." Next, I asked to be told exactly why this process is so laborious. They answered me, to which I commented that I agreed to their terms, but I consider their company not client-oriented. The conversation was calm on my part, but Marina (the director of this company, which for some reason takes orders herself) began to be rude and raise her tone, for which she received a remark. This plunged her into hysterics, I believe that the lady is simply not adequate and working with people is clearly not her sphere.

Of course, I refused to sign the contract. By the way, other travel agencies that I contacted on tours in similar directions did their job quickly, clearly and answered all the questions that I asked, there was not a single conflict situation.
