Worst vacation ever

We had the misfortune to take vouchers through this company 2 times.

1st time to Turkey and 2nd time to Egypt. They took two directions at once for different compositions of families, which is why they "warmed up". Otherwise, they would have bypassed these scammers a second time.

Both times this agent did not pay for our trips to the operators.

The 1st time we had to pick up tickets at the airport, but the tour operator did not give us tickets, arguing that EL DAKAMI did not pay for them. As a result of long negotiations and nerves, we received tickets 20 minutes before departure !!!! We are still lucky.

The second time, upon arrival in Egypt, we were not expected at all - it was not on the lists. I had to call St. Petersburg from there, to conduct lengthy negotiations (imagine how much it costs!). As a result, someone was lifted out of bed there and he took us in his car ... to a completely different hotel. We bought Albatros Garden 4 * for more than 52000 for two, and brought it to Princess 3 *. Negotiations began again, as a result of which on the 3rd (!

) the day we were transferred to the Royal Palace 4 *, but the cost is not more than 37,000 for two. Vacation was ruined.

Upon arrival in St. Petersburg, we demanded compensation, which would be reasonable, but they began to lead us by the nose and feed us with promises. As a result, we are forced to sue.

And we are far from the only family affected by these scammers. At least, only 2 more families of deceived tourists were resting with us at the same time.

NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER THERE IS AN EGYPTIAN, WORKING ON THE PRINCIPLE "DO NOT DECEIVE - DO NOT SELL"!!!
