Ugly, vile company, continuous scam

I did not choose this office, I made out through a friend. Too bad I didn't read the reviews here.

Breakfast without eggs and dairy, but at least there were ham and cheese.

The next day, Diana came with a group from Rimini, late for a sightseeing tour. After the tour, a divorce began for additional excursions. Upon learning that one of the women and I did not want to go to Naples, Diana began to put moral pressure on the woman. I immediately put her in her place.

This went on for the rest of the time.

There were very few in Florence and we were taken to the wilderness, to Montecatini Terme, where there is simply nothing to do.

The next two days we went on excursions from there.

Then, after Pisa, we stopped in Bologna, and then we were taken to the truckers' parking lot.

Hotels in Montectini and there for breakfast gave only croissants.

Then Venice, where I had to pay for the boat.

And then there was the most interesting. My 68-year-old grandmother and I were put on the Venice-Milan train. We arrived in Milan, no one met us either at the train station or at the hotel. And I, with my grandmother and her heavy suitcase around my neck, looked for a taxi and resolved the issue with the hotel, where they also hardly spoke Russian.

Andrey's representative never met us.

She sent me to dinner at a cafe occupied by the Chinese. Couldn't eat. Pushing around with the Milan subway, he went to bed.

I had to get up at five in the morning and travel on my own to the center of Milan. This Andrew never showed up. The question is: what the hell is this agency?
