I did not think that it was possible to relax in Sochi this way. It was not the first time I flew with Dial Travel, but for the first time in Russia. I was pleasantly surprised that here they are well versed in Mother Russia :) As a result, they flew NG in the "Velvet Seasons" for very adequate money. In general, the New Year's Olympic Sochi is a separate issue, but this is not about a travel agency. If in essence: in the office, as always, they worked for 5; after confirmation, the return dates changed (but this already depended on the tour operator) - they warned in time, agreed -5; on vacation all the recommendations came in handy. In general, it’s nice when managers know the direction from their own experience of promotional tours, and don’t sit with you and read reviews from the Internet (as I had in other travel agencies). Thanks to Alena and Yulia for this valuable advice, they were remembered more than once on vacation. After the rest, they called and asked about our impressions, and we, in turn, promised to leave a good review.

Finally, they wrote - better late than never. Yes, and even more so, we will be the first on TURPRAVDA, otherwise our review would be lost on the flamp. The overall score is 5, and according to the local scale 10! P.S. We are sitting now looking at the pictures and drinking gift tea from Dial Travel!
