I live in Ulyanovsk and therefore, unlike my Moscow friends, I start booking a tour in advance. So this time I booked the tour "Spain - France - Catalonia" with the travel agency DSBW 3 months before the start (February 22 tour from May 21). The bus was almost empty at that moment, and I chose seat 2C. The fact that everything is so on my armor was confirmed to me by the manager of the "Spain" department - Konstantin on May 10 and May 15.

"Madhouse" in this firm DSBW began 3 days before the start of the tour. It turns out that on May 15, after lunch, the “head” of this department, a certain Katya Semcheva, returned (the surname is not exact, because she was called once).

And on May 18, she began to claim that my regional travel agency did not order (did not pay) the courier delivery of documents. But on the website of the DSBW travel agency, the company's delivery of documents to the airport was listed. (she was next to the manager when the application was made). And because the "arrival" of the manager-Katya was simply treacherous. It was not just a hit-and-run - it was an extortion of services - the requirement for additional payment for the courier. Yes, my international passport was brought to me at 9.30 at the Kazansky railway station, but for 3 days I prayed that nothing would happen to Nastya (DSBW employee).

But DSBW gave me an even more significant "surprise" - they removed me from my 2C seat. To the question "why?quot; and my legitimate desire to stay in this place, Katya in her explanations came to a squeal, proving that there are those who were earlier than I bought the tour. KATYA You are not ashamed to lie! ! !

You put the "necessary" ladies in these places.

And they did not even try to apologize for their lawlessness and impudence. It seemed to you that I was insisting, on a whim, that I be returned to seat 2C. I chose this place based on the state of my health - I have residual vision in my right eye - 20%. I don't see anything on the right! And I need a view under the left eye. You moved me to 3V, i.e. I found myself without access to a view of European beauties, for which I paid a lot of money! ! !

Yes, of course, then everything was adjusted on the tour. And the accompanying group Natalia was a great professional. Drivers are polite and helpful. And there was a decent place (fortunately the bus was not full).

But all this is not your merit - "office plankton"! ! ! And professionals on the line.

So, who is going from the regions to contact this DSBW travel agency, think carefully.

Upon returning from the tour, it was 10 o'clock before the train to Ulyanovsk, and I went to the office in Lubyansky passage.

The managers in the office told me that “they don't need the regions. They have enough capital tourists!” Like this !
