Attention to ALL employees and tourists who are going to cooperate with this company! I have never encountered anything like this, working in various fields, including tourism. All the reviews on the site are absolutely true, it’s a pity that I didn’t see them earlier, before joining this vile office. At the interview, they promise quite decent salaries from 40,000 per season, in fact they don’t pay it, forcing the employee to quit when it’s time to “close the holes” and the debts that this company has immeasurably! Giving tourists an 8% discount, the management cashes in on its own employees, illegally dismissing them without paying wages! Upon dismissal, they didn’t even explain a clear reason to me! lives in Moscow! Moreover, incompetent managers are hired, there have been cases of numerous precedents with tourists.
The company saves on almost everything! Managers should work as couriers and keep accounts, if God forbid you lose at least a penny because of the exchange rate, be sure that this money will be deducted from your salary, and even in a threefold amount! And also get ready to solve everything controversial issues with tourists, and if you ask too many questions, Ms. Olenchenko and CO will ask you to leave. They take extra money from tourists because of the difference in the exchange rate, although they do not have the right to do this !!! Draw your own conclusions whether it is worth cooperate with this company, waste your nerves and time, then to be left without a patch. Honestly, I don’t understand why it hasn’t been closed yet for numerous acts of fraud!!!! Tourists beware! The company is on the verge of collapse! Get ready for the company’s debts to be covered with your money!
