We rested with coral travel in February this year in Pattaya. Booked a tour for 12 nights. in the booking sheet was exactly 12 nights in the hotel. when I received the documents in my hands, it turned out that the hotel was booked for 11 nights!!!! to my question how and why, where is the recalculation? It was said that we will arrange everything upon arrival home. upon arrival home, no one was going to recalculate anything, of course. I wrote letters to them asking for a recount, and in response (2 months later) I received this verbal answer: "We won't recount anything for you. If you don't like it, don't fly with us!" ........ I just don't have time for the court, and the desire to wind my nerves, because of the insignificant amount. I hoped for their decency .... like this, fellow travelers, if you want to be deceived and cheated, welcome to coral travel!
