Completely cheated because of the work of the staff

Let me remind you that this was in January 2011, and according to the certificate for a family vacation given to us, we had the right to choose any of the six months and from two countries .. and we chose in April to the United Arab Emirates.

The result is one we were told in one day that they did not give visas and it was too late to return the money for tickets.
