By chance on September 26, when they saw an article on the Internet, they began to call Rostourism and the tour operator Muzenidis, just to find out about the state of the tour, it turned out that this * travel agency * did not transfer the advance payment, the tour was canceled on September 21, and they accepted the money remaining on the 25th. Also return tickets from Moscow because of their lies redeemed non-refundable. With a scandal, they forced them to accept a statement about the termination of the Treaty through their fault, the truth is of little use. Then they lie impudently, the general director hides, in the Federal Tourism Agency this was called a fact of direct fraud. Wrote a statement to law enforcement agencies and a lawsuit.
