A total disappointment...

To begin with, I’ll say that we’ve been going on vacation abroad for more than 10 years, we’ve visited a lot of places with the help of different tour operators, but this happened for the first time in my life, so I found it necessary to write a review, I hope someone will read and refuse the services of the Labyrinth, so that don't ruin your vacation. At the end of September, we decided to relax with my husband in Greece, Crete, and bought a tour from this tour operator. Fundamentally chose a hotel in the center of Hersonissos, because. I wanted to be in the center of movement and discos. We stopped at Hersonissos Palace 5 *, according to the description, everything suited us, and most importantly, it is located in the very center. Happy and satisfied, we packed our things and went on vacation. We flew with Greek Airlines, there were no complaints about the flight, the flights were on time, the planes were small, but good. Upon arrival in Heraklion, we approach the Labyrinth counter. An employee of the travel agency looked at the list and asked: “Didn’t they warn you?

"I ask in bewilderment what's the matter, and it turns out that our hotel is allegedly full, and we were settled in 2 others. That is, first we go to Meropi 4 *, which turned out to be in Malia, and even far from the sea , and then to Mitsis Serita Beach Hotel 5 *, which is located 5 km from Hersonissos. In general, NOT WHAT WE NEEDED AT ALL! As a result, we lived in the first hotel on suitcases, walked to the sea for about 10 minutes we are 5 * and the first coastline), and from the second we constantly spent money on a taxi to get to the center, because in the hotel itself, apart from aram-zam-zam and other Turkish nonsense, there is nothing, mostly pensioners and families with children rest Plus, the manager at the hotel gave us 2 excursions, which turned out to be a nightmare!

In the first case, the guide was a Russian-speaking Greek, who ran around the entire palace in 40 minutes and was very difficult to understand, and in the second, instead of a comfortable liner that the hotel guide promised us, we got a speedboat, on which it rocked so that more than half of the passengers vomited !!! I have never seen this anywhere!!! I must say that for all this nightmare we paid 500 euros, in general, the ripping off is still ... We flew out late, upon arrival at the hotel they promised to make a late check-out, but here it's a BUMP. Check out at 12.00, 8 o'clock we were staggering back and forth, upset because of a spoiled vacation ... Moreover, the island itself is wonderful, the Greeks are friendly, there is a lot to see (we took a car and rode around the island on our own, not counting 2 terrible excursions, described above), and it is very disappointing that because of such charlottes the impression of the rest is significantly spoiled ...

I must say that when we contacted Mouzenidis Travel, we were immediately warned that all the hotels in Hersonissos were full, but, unfortunately, we listened to the Labyrinth, which sold us a tour to one hotel, and in the end just settled in another. AND WE WAS NOT ALONE THERE!!! Now we will never go anywhere with them, and we do not advise you! It’s better to overpay a little, but get a quality vacation without disappointments and frustrations ... And the Labyrinth just needs to get money, and then as you wish, they have nothing to do with it ...
