The whole holiday mood was spoiled by 'Sunrise'

We decided to buy a tour from them because there was a discount (corporate client).

It all started with the fact that an inexperienced girl picked up tours not where they wanted and not for the amount they expected, saying: "it's cool !!!". By joint efforts and by searching for a hotel on our own by reviews, comparing prices from other operators, we decided on a hotel. They took the money and began to prepare for the holidays.

2 days before departure, they came to them for a voucher and plane tickets, everything seemed to be fine, but as it turned out, it only seemed.

The dates indicated on the tickets were 08.08 at 6.00 there and 15.08 at 9.00 back.

But in the evening before the day of departure, they called, they said: “You are not flying anywhere, the flight was canceled, you can fly away on 09.08 at 14.00 and back on 16.08 at 15.00”, but the fact that we had our own plans somehow didn’t bother them. That is, the day broke up, as they say neither here nor there, well, we think it's okay, not to waste your vacation.

We flew off at the appointed time, everything was as expected at the hotel, we settled in and began to have a long-awaited vacation.

And then the evening of 15.08 came and we had to go to the reception to see what time they would pick us up from the hotel, and there on 16.08 6.00, that is, the departure time is 10.00, there is no limit to emotions, they also stole half a day of rest, gritting their teeth came home.
