Can be better

We went in July 2019 with a friend to Aland. The trip, in general, is rich and interesting. But there are moments that spoil the impression.

In my opinion, the guide is the conductor. Sets the tone, organizes. We sit down at 5 am. Irina Subbotina. Not a smile!!! (I note that the trip to Imatra with her was the same morning). But it could also smooth out the bad impression of the old creaking bus, in which not only tables, but there are no nets in front of you. And the seats are narrow and uncomfortable. Farewell to clients, good words and an invitation to use the services of the company were also absent. Maybe it's customer fatigue. Although the excursions themselves, which Irina conducted, were good, informative.

Serious dissatisfaction was caused by the extremely unsuccessful planning of the time for the third day of the trip. In the capital of Aland there is a wonderful (!!!) Maritime Museum with a visit to the sailboat. Advertising is bad, pure time to visit - 40 minutes.

This is at the price of an entrance ticket - 14 euros! The guide did not even remember the price, she promised to look, but did not look. Explained the extremely rich program of the day. Yes, we stood in line for chips for about half an hour (!!), doing nothing in the village (everyone pulled up to the bus earlier). So it's not true. There was time.

In general, the trip is rich and interesting. But it certainly could have been better and nicer. I am an experienced traveler and can compare.
