Who would have thought that in our time, scammers can work in large travel companies! And now they are starting to come up with clever ways that I have encountered.
I want to share my sad experience with CORAL TRAVEL - Taganskaya metro station (a legal entity of A-CLUB LLC operating under the Coral Travel brand).

In December 2018, a tour to Sochi was purchased by early booking with a departure date of March 2019.
The tour was fully paid back in January 2019.
I talked with the manager Tatyana - a very nice girl at first glance.
Until the last moment, until the day before departure, under various pretexts, she delayed the time of sending a set of documents (tickets, vouchers, insurance).
On the eve of departure in the evening, he reports that we are not flying anywhere, supposedly the Tour Operator through which the tour was issued terminated the contract with the hotel and our tour was canceled, asked for forgiveness for spoiling the rest and turned off the phone!
And all this a few hours before departure (2 adults, 2 children, all on suitcases, vacations are written several months in advance).
We are at a loss, the children are depressed. The next morning we go to the travel agency for the opening and begin to understand.
We describe the situation to the office director Ivan and soon it turns out:
• The application for the tour was canceled 3.5 months ago and was not paid to the tour operator by the A-Club travel agency (working under the Coral Travel brand) !!!
• Knowing this, the manager of Coral Travel, a month after the cancellation of the tour, accepted the balance of funds from me in the amount of 50% of the tour cost!
• On my behalf, the manager wrote an application for a refund, forged my signature, took the money from the cashier in the amount of the tour a month before departure!
Seeing that it smells of fried food (I was thinking of calling the police), the director of the Coral Travel office on Taganskaya offers the following: he reassembles the tour for us, we fly out today, and the difference in price between the original price of the tour (conditionally 100 tr) and the current one (already 2 rubles more expensive) will be returned to us by checks. Everything with us was agreed with his leadership.
As a result, our initial money (conditional 100 tr) was only enough for air travel and medical insurance. Accommodation at the hotel (about 90 tr. conditional) paid at their own expense. And they didn’t really care, because the director of the travel agency Coral Travel assured that the company values its reputation very much, every client (?) is important to it, and the money will certainly be returned to us!
Returning from Sochi, I come to the office, write an application for the return of the delta (fact - plan), enclose all supporting documents (checks, receipts). Everything is as expected, they accept, put a mark on receipt. They promise to transfer the money almost tomorrow.
A day, two, a week passes - silence. As a result, I contact the executive director. I receive a convincing answer that do not worry, we will certainly return everything to you, we are a large company and we value our name!
After some time, I receive an official response from them (on company letterhead signed by the CEO.
The essence is as follows - the amount of funds paid by me under the contract is 100 tr. (conditionally). We returned 100% of the amount to you by providing services for a new tour (purchasing air tickets and insurance). The company has fully fulfilled its obligations under the contract and has no debt to you!
This is how the base came out. The company did not want to be responsible for the illegal actions of its employee, not to mention the preservation of the prestige of the company under the brand name of which it works.
At the moment, an official claim has been sent, I plan to file a claim.
Be careful, read the contract carefully and track the status of your booking requests in the tour operator's personal account.
Even with such large travel agencies, it is sometimes dangerous to deal with.
