Be careful - travel agency DSBW! Tour of the Benelux and Germany, spring 2012. You will learn about hotels the day before departure. Hotels may be located in suburbs from which it is inconvenient to get to or even in other cities (which is a violation of the contract). The star rating of hotels varies from 4 to 2 stars, which makes a shocking impression. Guides are not overworked - more than in any guide you will not learn. Instead of museums, you will be taken shopping. Our guide (Galina) scammed tourists twice: one did not have an electronic room key - instead of helping, she left him without a tour; the second tourist left her passport at the hotel - drove off about 500 meters, but did not return to the hotel - "iron button".
