On February 4, my wife and I decided to take a break from home and see Riga, which we have not seen since the times of socialism. As I remember, at that time there were terrible frosts. Trouble began from the moment of landing. The temperature on the bus was outside. It was necessary to think and abandon this adventure immediately. However, the guide assured that the bus would soon warm up. That did not happen. It was cold all the way in the autoboom. But the worst thing happened when leaving Riga for home. The bus began to spontaneously stall. The driver spent about an hour repairing it, which did not lead to noticeable results. Our demands to replace the bus with a serviceable guide were ignored. As a result, the bus finally stalled around 23:00 120 km from Riga in an open field. The driver tried to revive him for 3 hours, but to no avail. All this time we vainly demanded to call another bus. Finally he was called.
And arrived five hours later. We waited for him FIVE hours in an unheated bus at a temperature of more than 35 degrees below zero. And the guide all this time lied on the phone to the management that the temperature was normal in the bus. Nothing, I got better. But my wife is still sick. In 15 years of traveling by bus around the world, no company has allowed itself to risk our lives and health in such a way.
By the way, the director of this "company" Olga Prolentyeva did not even bother to respond to a written complaint. Do not go with this "company", do not risk your health!
