I want to warn you!

Yesterday we returned from the beautiful island of Cyprus...

But I really want to write and, I really hope that my review will not go unnoticed, both by the head of the Atlas travel agency and by potential clients of the aforementioned agency, about the DISGUSTING service and INCREDIBLY boorish and, I’m not afraid of this word, for which I apologize in advance, AWESOME attitude towards customers!!!

My husband and I booked tickets to the island of Cyprus in Ayia Napa in advance (1.5 months before the planned departure date), paid 100% of the cost of the tickets, two days after the order and payment, the manager called my husband (By the way, her name is HER ALEKSEEVA SVETLANA) and said that the reservation was confirmed, there were no problems, to come for documents the day before departure (we flew out on October 07, 2012).

After 1.5 months, the day before departure, we arrived at the travel agency for documents .... We were given electronic tickets, documents for checking into a hotel and honey. insurance....

in the package handed over to us PROVIS, necessary for departure to Cyprus WAS NOT!!!

We were reassured, told to drive up after 14-00 and assured that everything would be fixed. After 14-00 we called the travel agency in order to clarify the readiness of provisions, we were told that they were not ready, and asked to drive up after 17-00 .... To the question "Will our documents be ready for sure?quot;, There was an answer "Let's HOPE and BELIEVE!". To hear SUCH an answer 16 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE .... agree, to put it mildly, UNPLEASANT! AND THIS IS IN CONSIDERING THAT THE TOURS WERE ORDERED IN AUGUST AND 1.5 MONTHS HAVE PASSED TO PREPARE PROVISES!!!!

We arrived at this travel agency, found the director and asked to participate in the process of obtaining provisions, if his employees are NOT ABLE TO DO IT THEMSELVES AND ON TIME!!

I will not describe our feelings and what we had to go through while wandering through the corridors of the Atlas travel agency, waiting for provisions ... UNTIL 21-30 WE DID NOT KNOW WE WOULD FLY TO CYPRUS OR NOT ......

We received the provisions after 21-00....

in a personal conversation with a representative of the consulate of Cyprus in Russia (and we also got through there!), we managed to find out that the request for obtaining provisions for me and my husband, the consulate received only after 17-00!!!! THIS DAY!!!!!

QUESTION TO THE HEAD OF THE AGENCY: WHAT DID YOUR EMPLOYEES EXPECT????? WHY HAVE THE PREPARATION OF OUR TRIP NOT STARTED AFTER RECEIVING 100% PAYMENT??? WAS IT WORTH IT TO WAIT 1.5 MONTHS TO ORDER PROVISES (the validity period of the proviso is 90 days, we would have managed to fly to Cyprus on them, even if they were received on the very first day of the order !!!) WHY SUCH A PORN ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS? ???

I, MY FRIENDS, MY RELATED AND COLLEAGUES AND MY WIFE TO YOU, DO NOT WISH TO USE THE SERVICES OF THE TOUR OPERATOR "ATLAS" AND WILL NOT BE!!!!!
