We ordered an excursion to Cairo, where we were promised a 50% full bus, in fact it was completely full.
The program included a walk along the Nile, which, in fact, was not.
The guide said that all questions to the Join Up operator are their initiative - to cancel the walk. We were simply put before the fact. Nobody paid compensation.
