In July 2012, I signed an agreement for the provision of information services with gr. Malkov Boris, who owns the http://toursalon.ru project. By August 6, 2012, the scope of work was completed in full and transmitted via email. The materials were sent to the electronic box [email protected].
Part of the agreed amount was paid within a month and a half, and Boris Malkov has not yet transferred the rest.
